ADMISSION
Admission is open to the candidates who have completed SSLC or equivalent. The college has a co-education system. Candidates coming from outside the country shall be admitted to the course only on the presentation of a Provisional Eligibility Certificate by PU Board, Bangalore.
How to Apply:
Application form along with Prospectus can be obtained from the college office. The duly filled in form may then be either submitted to the office personally or sent by registered post before the due date. The selected candidates will be asked to meet the Principal along with their parents.
Every parent seeking admission for his/her son/daughter should produce the following:
- Original Marks card/ Provisional marks card (signed by the school Principal/H. M) from the previous School with one attested copy. For ICSE, CBSE, NRI and Foreign Students original with 2 attested copies.
- Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school.
- Passport size Color Photographs –-08nos, with white background and name printed on it.
- Attested copy of caste certificate and income certificate (Applicable to SC/ST/Group I 2A, 2B, 3A & 3B candidates only)
- Eligibility certificate and Migration certificate: only for ICSE,CBSE, NRI and Foreign students.
Admission of Foreign Nationals
Admission is also open to Foreigners who have completed SSLC equivalent examination in other countries, subject to presentation of the following documents.
- Meeting eligibility requirement as laid down by the Director of PU Board Bangalore
- Obtaining No Objection certificate from the Ministry of HRD (Dept. of Education) Government of India.
- Valid Passport and Student Visa for the period of study in the institution.
- Medical Fitness Certificate.
Note: The candidates who have completed SSLC or equivalent are eligible to apply. The college has a co-education system. The students are expected to keep Xerox copies of original records submitted to the college. The original Marks Card will be returned after admission is approved. Transfer Certificate will not be returned.
ADDMISSION RULES
- The application for admission should be signed either by father or mother. In the absence of parents (if not alive) the guardians are permitted. All the necessary certificates should be produced during admission.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded on any grounds if a student is withdrawn from the college/ hostel or sent out of the hostel at any time before the end of the academic year. This will apply even in cases of expulsion.
- While taking admission to the hostel, the students are requested to submit the following information to the warden or the assistant warden concerned: (a) If the ward has undergone serious medical treatment already (b) If special attention is required (c) If the treatment is to
be continued (d) eye sight (e) hearing problem. - The documents of the previous medical treatment should be handed over to the warden/college office.
- Admission to the hostel is given for one year only. Renewal of admission for the next year will depend on the character and conduct of the student in the previous year.
