Teaching Faculty
Well qualified and dadicated teaching faculty are the hall marks of Gurukula PU College who put their untiring efforts in motivating the students towards academics and co-academics to achieve their goals. Our Faculty members attend regular workshops in their respective subjects updating themselves to impart quality education through use of ICT.
Laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology and Computer
Well-equipped laboratories in the college help students to implement and explore the concepts they have learned in their theory classes. Every student is trained and allowed to conduct practicals independently.
Seminars, Workshops, Exhibitions & Festivals
The college organizes regular Seminars, Workshops, Exhibitions and Festivals that are related to the academics and also the extracurricular. These provide a chance for the students and staff to enrich their knowledge. With professionals from diverse fields participating, these activities are also an introduction to opportunities in the outside world to the students.
EDUCOMP Smartclass & Other Audio-Visual Aids
The college uses Smartclass from EDUCOMP to aid in the teaching process. In addition to this, the other Audio-Visual aids such as OHP, LCD, DVD and Colour TV help students in understanding concepts properly.
Library Facility
The college has an extensive Library with books related to the curriculum, general knowledge and literature. The students are encouraged to use the library and are introduced to the habit of looking up for informatiion through project work.
Extracurricular Activities
The college has also focused towards extracurricular activities to give emphasis on over all development of the students. The college has instituted Literary and Science Clubs. Students interested in writing poems/stories/articles are expected to submit their writings to the guide. Science students are encouraged to conduct experiments and research-oriented activities.
Adequate emphasis is given to sports and games to build up the physical and mental endurance of students. Literary and cultural competitions are organized to encourage students to showcase their talent.
